Working with the Base team on the positioning and copy for these highly-technical developer tools was a fun challenge.

We try to use our “outsider” POV to the benefit of the project — to push to understand at a fundamental level what the hell this all means.

Our bar for this work is straightforward: it should make sense to anyone remotely in this orbit, even if they are not the target audience. 

That means trying to cut jargon, but keeping in mind that an oversimplification can have diminishing returns.

It’s inspiring to work on a project like this. These are some of the smartest people in the world, dedicating years of their lives to make it easier for the next million people to build onchain apps.
